Between October 22, 2022 and October 28, 2022, Ukrainian marines eliminated 70 Russian invaders and destroyed nine enemy tanks and one helicopter.
The relevant statement was made by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The servicemen from the military units and divisions of the Marines Command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as part of groupings, continue to decently stand up against the aggressor. The artillery units of the Naval Forces inflicted fire damage on Russian invaders,” the report states.
The enemy’s losses were confirmed as follows: over 70 Russian troops, nine tanks, six armored personnel carriers, one multiple launch rocket system, two mortars, one helicopter, and one ammunition depot.
A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and October 29, 2022, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 70,250 troops.
