荷蘭在台辦事處 : 感謝你！
今天是荷蘭的國慶日國王節；但因為全球疫情嚴峻，我們不如以往慶祝，而是用專程空運來台的3,999朵荷蘭國花鬱金香，象徵很多個「長長久久」，也是「3qqq」，表達對臺灣第一線醫護人員的謝意。
除了拜訪外交部吳部長，在臺灣最多人確診新冠肺炎的4個都市，我們準備橘色鬱金香，由代表和辦事處同仁親手綁上荷蘭國旗三色的緞帶和特製卡片，搭配荷蘭焦糖煎餅，送到流行疫情指揮中心、指定收治重症患者與部分市轄醫院，以及桃園國際機場等35個單位，感謝他們堅毅的奉獻、慷慨的分享、嚴謹的把關，成就了另一個臺灣奇蹟，也加深了臺荷的友誼。
我們希望下一個春天到來，又能見到彼此綻放的笑容。

Today is the King’s Day, the National Day of the Netherlands. Instead of our usual celebration in this serious pandemic, we choose to express our gratitude to the frontline medical staff in Taiwan with 3,999 tulips specially flown in from the Netherlands.
We visited Minister Wu of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in the four cities with the most confirmed cases of COVID-19, we delivered orange tulips tied with cards and ribbons of the tricolor Dutch flag by our colleagues together with Dutch stroopwafels to 35 places, including the Epidemic Command Center, hospitals designated to care for critical patients or under the city governments, and the Taoyuan International Airport. We thanked them for their determined contribution, generous sharing, and vigilant gatekeeping that created another Taiwan miracle and deepened the friendship between the Netherlands and Taiwan.
When the next spring comes, we hope we will see each other’s blooming smiles again.
